Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have publicly listed their Beverly Hills mansion amid their recent marital issues.
The couple sparked split speculation earlier this year when they both attended major events without one another with insiders claiming their marriage has been over “for months.”
Now, the pair have officially put their mansion on the market for $68 million on Thursday, July 11.

The pair, who tied the knot in 2022, originally purchased the home in June 2023 for $60 million, according to US Weekly.
The 38,000-square-foot house was built in in 2000 and has been renovated with “the highest level of quality within the last four months.”
This comes a month after reports they wanted to sell their home amid their rumoured marriage issues – with the decision causing more strain on the pair’s relationship.
A source told US Weekly: “Jennifer is distraught. She wants to sell their house off-market to try and get less attention surrounding it.”

They claimed: “Ben doesn’t care about the negative attention” because “he’s been through this before and it doesn’t faze him.”
Jennifer, 54, and Ben, 51, sparked split speculation earlier this year when they both attended major events without one another.
In May, the songstress attended the 2024 Met Gala, where she stunned in a Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown, without Ben – despite being one of the co-chairs for the event.
Jennifer was also absent from the premiere of his new Netflix project Atlas.

It was later reported that the couple were “living apart” amid speculation surrounding their marriage.
Jennifer and Ben, famously dubbed Bennifer, got back together in May 2021 – 17 years after they called off their engagement.
The pair tied the knot in Las Vegas in July 2022, before they hosted a bigger celebration later that year.
