Chris Brown has been granted £5 million bail and can now continue on his international tour.
The singer was arrested straight after stepping off his private jet when he touched down in the UK last Thursday.
He was charged with “grievous bodily harm” with intent over an alleged bottle attack, which took place in a London nightclub two years ago.

However, on Wednesday morning, Judge Tony Baumgartner told Southwark Crown Court in London, that the 36-year-old can continue with his scheduled international tour as part of his bail conditions.
The musician must pay a £5 million security fee to the court, which is a monetary guarantee to make sure a defendant shows up for court; if they don’t, it could be forfeited.

On Friday, the 36-year-old appeared at the Manchester Magistrates’ Court after being charged with attacking Abraham Diaw back in February 2023.
Judge Joanne Hirst had remanded Chris into custody ahead of his next appearance at London’s Southwark Crown Court set for 13 June.
The judge ruled that the nature of the attack was too serious to be dealt with by the magistrates’ court and previously refused an application for bail from the No One Else singer’s legal team.

Following his arrest, Adele Kelly, the Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor for CPS London North, said in a statement: “We have authorised the Metropolitan Police to charge Chris Brown with one count of grievous bodily harm, contrary to section 18 of the Offences Against the Person Act 1861.”
“The alleged incident occurred in London on 19 February 2023. He will have his first court appearance on Friday 16 May at Manchester Magistrates’ Court.”
“The Crown Prosecution Service reminds all concerned that criminal proceedings against this defendant are active and that he has the right to a fair trial.”
“It is extremely important that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.”

The Met told The Independent: “A 36-year-old man was arrested at a hotel in Manchester shortly after 2am on Thursday, May 15 on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.”
“He has been taken into custody where he remains. The arrest relates to an incident at a venue in Hanover Square on February 19, 2023. The investigation is being led by detectives from the Central West Area Basic Command Unit.”
In an earlier interview with The Sun on Sunday, producer Abraham Diaw accused Brown of attacking him at the Tape nightclub in Mayfair, saying: “He hit me over the head two or three times. My knee collapsed as well.”

Abraham Diaw has filed a civil lawsuit against Chris Brown, seeking $16 million in compensation for losses and injuries sustained in the claimed incident.
Chris gained notoriety in 2009 for attacking singer Rihanna, who was his girlfriend at the time.
