Andrew Garfield has reportedly split from his girlfriend Kate Tomas.
The pair were spotted attending Wimbledon in London on July 14th after first sparking romance rumours while on a double date with Phoebe Bridgers and Bo Burnham on March 31st.
The British spiritual mentor revealed she and the actor had split in the Instagram comments on Sunday.
Kate replied to a comment asking about her and Andrew: “We broke up months ago but I’m sure he will be happy to know that he is loved” – confirming the relationship had come to an end.
When another user told her to “stop talking about Andrew,” she hit back: “Sweetheart, the only people who ever talk about or centre a man in my life, work, business, and social media are women like you.”
Last week, Andrew and Amelia Dimoldenberg sent fans wild with a long-awaited Chicken Shop Date announcement.
A video of the 30-year-old presenter and 41-year-old actor wildly flirting went viral on social media in January of last year.
On Friday, Amelia shared the good news with her two million Instagram followers, along with a cute photo of Andrew gazing at her while she eats a chicken nugget.
The star wrote in her caption: “The one you’ve been waiting for… My date with Andrew Garfield is out next Friday :)”
Since the widely shared Golden Globes interview, in which the journalist—best known for hosting the well-liked YouTube series—told the Spider-Man star, “We must stop meeting like this,” fans have been begging for this collab.
At the time, fans pointed out the chemistry between them as Amelia admitted she’s been trying to get him to appear on her YouTube series Chicken Shop Dates for years.
