The opening of the Charlemont Bar & Bistro at The Hilton Hotel on Charlemont Place brought Dublin’s finest out to enjoy a glittering party to taste what the new venue has to offer.
Charlemont Bar & Bistro is Dublin’s newest hot spot, the latest addition to Dublin’s food and drink scene overlooks the canal on Charlemont Place and made quite an impression on guests.
Guests enjoyed miniature dishes from Charlemont’s menu including scallops and chorizo, Bang Bang chicken, rare duck blini, goat’s cheese with figs, chef’s Monte Cristo bloomer and wild mushroom and thyme focaccia.

Drinks included Prosecco, a Charlemont Sour, a new take on a whiskey sour, which was created by Diageo’s mixologist, hop house beer and a selection of wines, which are served by the glass at Charlemont.
Goodie bags were overflowing with treats including Brooke & Shoals candles; slippers; candy and leather bound notebooks.
The Australian team for the weekend’s Aussie Rules clash were also spotted as they popped in for a sneak preview of Charlemont.
