Sharon Osbourne spends £230k a YEAR on flying her dogs first class

Sharon Osbourne reportedly spends £230,000 per year on flying her much-loved dogs first class.

After the X Factor judge was forced to deny claims that she’s “mentally exhausted” after fans questioned her behaviour on the ITV talent show, Sharon’s rep blamed the amount of long-haul flights she has to take between the UK and the US.

Between her commitments as a judge on The X Factor in the UK and as a panellist on The Talk in the US – Sharon travels up to 16,000 miles a week, but thankfully, she has her dogs to keep her company – but they ain’t cheap.

According to the Mail Online, the 64-year-old splashes £230k-a-year on first class tickets for her pampered pomeranians Bella and Rocky, and manages to get around strict airline rules by insisting that her beloved pets are ’emotional support animals’.

“[Sharon] has an incredibly hectic transatlantic job and understandably finds all the flying pretty exhausting and stressful. It takes its toll.

“Bella and Rocky provide a real sense of security and comfort, and are both perfectly happy at 36,000ft,” an insider said.

The news comes after Sharon sparked concern last weekend as she forgot the name of her own X Factor contestant Saaro Aalto for the second time on live TV.
