Louis Tomlinson is reportedly seeking to get joint custody of his son, Freddie, with his former flame Briana Jungwirth.
It was revealed in July 2015 that the LA stylist was pregnant with the X Factor star’s baby, who was then born in January of this year.
A source told TMZ that Briana has allegedly been “inconsistent” in allowing Louis to see his five-month-old son.
Reports claim that the 24-year-old wants to be present in Freddie’s life, so he’s resorted to going to court over it.
The source added that Louis isn’t going to court just to seek joint custody, but that a 50/50 spilt in terms of the division of time each parent spends with their son.
Further reports suggest that the Doncaster native is paying Briana around $15,000 a month in child support, and now a judge will lock down on what amount is appropriate.
Louis is also said to be renting out a $1 million house for Briana and Freddie in Calabasas.
