Louis Tomlinson is set to perform an emotional tribute tonight on the X Factor, following the death of his mother from leukaemia.
Johannah died on Wednesday, but Louis is going ahead with a scheduled performance on the show that made his career, because it was his mum’s last wish.
A source told the UK Mirror:Â “This was something Johannah had been looking forward to and it was her wish that this go ahead.
“Louis has therefore decided to proceed with this for her.”
Johannah, who was a mum-of-seven had been cared for in hospital since May.
In a statement issued by Louis’ representative this week, they said they were devestated.
“It is with immeasurable sadness that Johannah Deakin’s family said goodbye to Johannah in the early hours of Wednesday December 7, 2016.
“Earlier this year, Johannah was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of leukaemia that required immediate and continuous treatment. We respectfully request that the family are given time and space to grieve in private.”
All the support has been incredible! Let's do this together tonight .
