Jean Bernard Fernandez Versini is not happy with recent claims he was “controlling” during his marriage to Cheryl Cole.
The French restaurateur was accused of being so controlling that Cheryl attributed her huge weight loss to issues in their marriage.
But now JB’s side are denying the claims, amid rumours Cheryl is expecting her first child with One Direction star Liam Payne.
“JB isn’t a nasty, jealous or controlling person, and those close to him are horrified this is what is being said,” a source close to JBÂ told the UK Sun.
“He in convinced that behind the scenes Cheryl and her team are trying to make life for him here difficult.

“She made it clear to him when they split up that she would prefer if he wasn’t here.
“But the way he sees it, he moved here for her, so why should he now have to move again?,” the insider added.
“He is trying to move on with his life. But he is getting a lot of abuse from Cheryl’s fans.”
The source added that JB, 35, was left shocked when Cheryl ended their marriage abruptly, because she “got sick of him”.
