They’ve kept us guessing with their on/off relationship for years but it seems Drake is still completely hung up on Rihanna.
The Canadian superstar went completely over the top with his latest gift to the star, a HUGE billboard congratulating her on her Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, which she will receive at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday.
The billboard was emblazoned with the words “Congratulations to Rihanna from Drake and everyone at OVO,” and even Rihanna conceded it was OTT.
She shared a picture of the gift on Instagram and wrote: “When he extra” alongside an emoji of a trophy.
Rihanna and Drake have collaborate on a number of tracks, including her recent single ‘Work’, and they have flirted outrageously on stage throughout Rihanna’s ‘Anti World Tour’.
And during one performance in Manchester, he admitted she was breaking his heart.

He said: “Shout out to the most beautiful, talented woman I’ve ever seen.
“She goes by the name of Rihanna … I’m getting my heart broken.”
