Celeb Chefs Paul Rankin and Nick Nairn head state side for brand new UTV Ireland show

Celebrity chefs Paul Rankin and Nick Nairn officially launched their brand new show on UTV Ireland, Paul and Nick’s Big American Food Trip today in an exclusive screening in Dublin’s Hanover Quay.

Paul and Nick were on-hand to introduce the programme and share details of their special journey, as they travelled to the United States to meet with Irish and Scottish immigrants who influenced modern American dishes.

“It is fantastic to be back in Ireland to celebrate the launch of our new show on UTV Ireland. Nick and I embarked on a once in a life-time culinary road trip along the east coast of America,” Paul said.

“Throughout our trip we discovered modern links with Irish and Scottish immigrants and contemporary food in the US, and found out about the history of the individuals who travelled to make their mark on the New World.”
