We are looking for a target-driven, ambitious individual to join our Business Development team.
You are our ideal candidate if you have the following:
- a degree/diploma in business/advertising/marketing or relevant experience
- a minimum of 1 year’s experience in sales
- a strong understanding of excel
- strong organisational skills
- a strong understanding of Canva
- a keen interest in news and social media
- a natural flair for sales
- the ability to be a self-starter and work to sales targets
You will:
- Write proposals and make contact with clients via phone and email
- Liaise and attend business meetings with potential clients
- Develop ideas and create offers for our existing clients
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing activities
- Maintain and develop online/offline marketing strategies
Who are we looking for?
- An ambitious and enthusiastic individual with knowledge of the digital market
- An interest in entertainment news is a plus
- Someone with a minimum 1 year of sales experience
- A self-starter with excellent communication skills and a real people person
- A Detail orientated with excellent time management
- Someone who has the ability to work on their own initiative and part of a team
- Someone who has a passion for the online media sector
- A qualification in sales or marketing is desirable
