Calvin Harris reportedly tried to bed Nicole Scherzinger before appearing on The X Factor together.
After splitting from pop star Taylor Swift, the Scottish DJ invited the X Factor judge back to his Las Vegas residence after a night of partying – but Nicole is said to have rejected him, because she’s seeing someone else.
Nicole is currently in a relationship with Bulgarian tennis star Grigor Dimitrov, much to Calvin’s dismay.
A source told The Sun, “Calvin really fancies Nicole and they did have a wild night out following his split from Taylor.

“He made it clear he was interested in something happening with Nicole — but she was having none of it. She’s in a committed relationship with Grigor and is very much in love with him so there was no chance something would happen,” they said.
Despite the awkwardness, Nicole leaped at the chance to invite Calvin to be her guest at the Judges Houses stage on The X Factor – proving that she wants to keep things friendly between them.
“But Nicole did use the opportunity to get Calvin to agree to appear at her house in the south of France for X Factor — that was a real coup for her.
“There was no way he would have done the show if he didn’t madly fancy Nicole.”

The pair were previously rumoured to be dating after they were snapped walking arm-in-arm coming out of London nightclub, Tape, together.
However, Nicole later denied the rumours of romance, and added that Calvin was just being a gentleman.
“It was all, ‘She’s the biggest cheater.’ I’m like, ‘Excuse me?’ I was walking on cobblestones, almost fell, grabbed him. Two frames and that was it. It’s ridiculous,” Nicole said.
The news comes after Calvin was recently linked to superstar Jennifer Lopez.
