Wayne Rooney has been banned from driving for 2 years.
The Everton footballer pleaded guilty to drink driving in court today, according to BBC Sports Editor Dan Roan.
As well as being banned from driving for 2 years, the judge imposed a community order for 12 months, with 100 hours of unpaid work (reduced from 150 hours).

He was arrested when police stopped a car in Wilmslow, Cheshire, in the early hours on the1st of September.
The 31-year-old was released on bail after being charged with driving while over the legal limit.
