Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were left stranded in a hilarious This Morning segment, and Alison Hammond was forced to take over the show.
The boat tour of HMS Belfast left the two stranded on the River Thames, as Holly and Philip’s boat ran out of petrol when they were on their way back to shore.
Holly can be heard saying, “Have we got a leak?” before Philip was soaked by a wave and says, “You are joking me.”
While trying to figure out what to do next Holly asks, “Is there a bar on this boat”, adding “Seriously, Alison might have to do the rest of the show”.

Heading back to the studio a laughing Alison reveals, “I can’t believe it, we might have to send someone up there to rescue Phil and Holly. Look, the image has frozen. This is comical.”
Alison then reassured viewers that the two have “come back off the river, apparently they’ve been saved, are they actually being towed.”
“Bless them, she’s soaking wet, Don’t panic they are coming back.”
Later in the afternoon the pair updated fans that they were still wet, but were enjoying some wine and sausages.
