Strictly Come Dancing stars AJ Odudu and Kai Widdrington have fueled romance rumours with a ‘near-kiss’.
The TV presenter and her professional dancer partner kicked off Musicals Week on Saturday night with their emotional performance to ‘Edelweiss’ from The Sound Of Music.
Prior to the performance, Kai stared at AJ as if he was going to peck her on the lips, with AJ quipping: “I’m not gonna kiss ya!”
Kai replied: “But we’re getting into character.”

Viewers took to Twitter after the passionate performance to comment on the pair’s undeniable chemistry.
One fan tweeted: “If this series of #Strictly doesn’t end with AJ and Kai getting married live on air, I’ll be demanding a refund of my licence fee.”

It comes amid reports the 33-year-old TV presenter and her 26-year-old partner have fallen “head over heels” for each other.
A source told The Mail On Sunday last month: “They have this lovely romance going on, things have definitely changed in the last week or so and they are inseparable, not just as dance partners but away from that, too.”
“It’s nice to see a Strictly romance where there is no curse, just two people who have fallen head over heels for each other. Those involved in the show have been watching this closely over the weeks and have thought this was always on the cards. It’s lovely.”
