Strictly Come Dancing stars Kai Widdrington and Nadiya Bychkova are reportedly dating.
In photos published by The Sun, the professional dancers were spotted looking cosy as they checked into a hotel together during the BBC show’s annual tour.
According to the publication, the pair struck up a romance last year following Nadiya’s split from footballer Matija Skarabot, who she shares a five-year-old daughter with.
A source told the outlet: “It was low-key at first but they can’t help it now — they’re very much together. Kai was outside the hotel for about 15 minutes and waited until everyone else in the touring party had checked in — but Nadiya came along a short while later.”
“She handed him her bags, and together they went and checked into a room. It’s clear they’re a proper item.”
Another onlooker said: “Kai and Nadiya didn’t seem at all secretive about their relationship – they’re a couple like any other.”
Kai was partnered with presenter AJ Odudu in the last series of Strictly, while Nadiya teamed up with BBC Breakfast host Dan Walker.
An insider added: “Nadiya and Kai have incredible chemistry and a very strong friendship. Right from week one they connected and are always laughing and messing about.”
The source said Nadiya confided in Kai throughout the series following her split from Matija, who she continues to co-parent with.
