Stacey Solomon’s sister Jemma whisked her off on a surprise hen do on Friday, despite the fact that she’s postponed her wedding until next year.
The Loose Women star and her fiancé Joe Swash were set to tie the knot later this month, but decided to move their wedding day to 2022 after Stacey fell pregnant with their second child.
While the couple were able to postpone their wedding until next year, Stacey’s sister was unable to reschedule her planned hen party – so decided to go ahead with it anyway.
Taking to her Instagram Story on Friday evening, Stacey reposted a video shared by Jemma, which showed her getting on a party bus with a suitcase.
The mum-to-be captioned the post: “When you’re about to put your PJs on and settle down for the night and your sister turns up and tells you she couldn’t move your hen so ‘get an overnight bag and get on the party bus Stace’.”
Stacey later shared another video of her and Jemma belting out Never Ever by All Saints on the party bus.
The 31-year-old wrote over the video: “Omg this is cracking me up. Me and Jemma used to sing this at karaoke and she hated singing but I used to force her to come with me and she’d just sing the ooo’s.”
Jemma also took to her Instagram Story to explain that she’ll plan another hen party for Stacey next year.
She wrote: “I’ll plan another hen next year I promise but I had to take advantage of the booking already made and the chance to a weekend away.”
