Simon Cowell has reportedly booked ABBA’s Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus to perform on The X Factor.
According to the Daily Star, the 59-year-old has secured the hitmakers for the show’s Mamma Mia inspired week.
A source said: “Abba are one of the world’s greatest bands and it will certainly give the show a big lift having Benny and Bjorn on board.”
The Mamma Mia inspired week will see each contestant perform one of ABBA’s greatest hits, and Bjorn is also expected to hit the stage to perform on the live shows.
It’s not yet known when the ABBA stars will appear on the show, but the X Factor final is just around the corner as it’s set to air on December 2.
