Sam Thompson lands his own TV show with fellow reality star

Sam Thompson has landed his own TV show with fellow reality star Pete Wicks.

The Made In Chelsea star will be teaming up with the TOWIE star for a brand new series entitled ‘Pete and Sam’s Reality News’.

The close friends kept their Instagram followers entertained throughout lockdown with hilarious videos, and have since bagged their own show.

Sharing the news on Instagram, Sam wrote: “We’ve got a commission baby!!!”

“If you’ve followed our reality news journey, I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. It’s your comments that make things like this possible.

“I came up with this idea in the shower and now we’re on TV! Couldn’t be more grateful! Sorry @p_wicks01 but you’re stuck with me for a little while longer! 😂❤️,” he added.

Pete also shared the news with his Instagram followers, writing: “Well, where do I start? I have no idea why this has happened but @samthompsonuk and I have got our own show.

“On Monday 25th Jan on E4 ‘Pete and Sams Reality News’ begins. The best day of Sams life and one I’m going to regret massively,” he joked.

Showing her support for her beau, Sam’s girlfriend Zara McDermott shared a sweet snap, captioned: “PROUD is an understatement!!!! 😱❤️

“So my amazing, incredible boyfriend just got his own TV show commissioned!!!! Pete & Sams Reality news is coming to your TV screens!! 😱😍

According to E4, the reality stars will discuss “everything from politics to Kim Kardashian”, adding: “What could possibly go wrong?”

The series kicks off on Monday, January 25 at 11pm on E4.
