Sam Thompson and Zara McDermott have sparked rumours they’ve secretly rekindled their romance.
The couple dramatically split back in August, after Sam found out Zara had cheated on him during the early stages of their relationship.
Over the past few weeks, Zara has been desperately trying to win Sam back – but the Made in Chelsea star seemed to be done with their relationship.
However, over the weekend a friend accidentally shared a photo of them having lunch together – sparking rumours they’ve reunited.
A source told The Sun: “Zara and Sam had gone out for a Sunday roast with a small group of pals ahead of the looming lockdown.”
“They were all having such a nice time that one got carried away and uploaded a post with Sam and Zara in it, forgetting that they’re not officially together.”
“The friend soon realised their mistake and deleted the post before it drew too much attention. The word amongst their inner circle is they’re back together, but to the public it’s a different story.”
Fuelling rumours they’ve reunited, both stars posted photos from the same gym in Fulham on Wednesday morning, and they also tagged the same trainer Christopher Barker.
The news comes after Zara broke down in tears during Monday’s episode of Made In Chelsea, after she failed to win Sam back by sending him a heartfelt letter.
After Sam read the letter, his best friend Amiri-Garroussi told Zara that Sam is “completely out” of the relationship, hinting he has no plans to rekindle their romance.
Zara broke down in tears over Reza’s confession, and said: “Why can’t he tell me this? Why can’t he just speak to me?”
Reza replied: “Because seeing you upset upsets him, and I think it draws him in emotionally and that’s a vicinity that he doesn’t want to be in right now…”
