Ryan Thomas reportedly “burst into tears” when he saw that video of Lucy Mecklenburgh looking “cosy” with another man in Dubai.
Earlier this week, the former TOWIE star hit headlines when the MailOnline published a video of her hugging a mystery man at a nightclub in Dubai.
Lucy has since denied any wrongdoing on social media, and branded claims that she “cheated” on Ryan as “ridiculous”.
However, a source has since told The Sun Online: “Ryan burst into tears when he watched the video of Lucy with the mystery man and feared the worst.”
“She explained he’s just a friend and said she would never be so silly as Ryan’s mate was in Dubai at the same time.
“Ryan is a very emotional person who wears his heart on his sleeve. He is convinced that there’s more to it than the video shows, but Lucy insists she has nothing to apologise for.
“They’ve been having some heated chats on the phone. At best it is very poor judgment on her part and he doesn’t want to think about what the worst case scenario is,” the source added.
Ryan and Lucy first started dating last year, after they met while filming the reality show Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls for Channel 4.
