Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will never be allowed return to royal roles – after ‘hurtful book’

The Queen is said to have “torpedoed” any chances of having Prince Harry and Meghan Markle return to their royal roles – after a new biography about their lives has been slammed as “hurtful” by royals.

Finding Freedom, a new biography about their romance and their decision to leave the royal family will be released in August, but the UK Times has released extracts.

So far claims that have been published include: Meghan and Kate Middleton were “never friends”, that Harry thought William was “a snob” and how Meghan never felt accepted or supported.

The couple are currently living in Beverly Hills, California, and are on a year trial period, after stepping down as senior royals in March.

There were claims that the pair may have to return to their roles after this period is up, but now royal insiders have said that they won’t be welcomed back.

A source told MailOnline that there is “no going back” after the release of the bombshell book, which details the dysfunctional relationships within the royal family and that the pair could face “permanent exile”.

“The review period has not yet been discussed but it doesn’t seem if there is any way of going back now,” a source told the publication.

While Meghan and Harry have released statements saying they did not help the authors of the book, they have not denied any of the contents of the book so far, and it is widely reported that the pair did participate in interviews ahead of it’s publication as Meghan, in particular, is close to author Omid Scobie.
