Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have just adopted a new dog

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have a new addition to the family – a new dog.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex who have been married for three months now have reportedly adopted a Labrador.

Meghan already has her dog Guy, who lives at Nottingham Cottage in Kensington Palace.

And now the Daily Mail are reporting the couple have now added to their brood.

“The dog is already happily ensconced at their cottage,” a source told the publication.

“Like the Sussexes, the dog will divide its time between the palace and their country home in the Cotswolds.”

In the past, Meghan has always opted to take in rescue dogs. Meghan sadly have to leave her other dog Bogart behind in Toronto, as his old age prevented him from making such a long trip.

Bogart is a Labrador – Sheep Dog mix, so the new pup could be a sweet nod to her pet.

But Guy has often been spotted in Kensington Palace, and was even seen travelling with the Queen in the back of an official car, the day before the Royal wedding.

Harry and Meghan just recently enjoyed a much-needed break in George Clooney’s Italian estate, with his wife Amal.
