Olly Murs has responded to romance rumours about him and Jess Wright.
The stars sparked rumours when Jess attended the singer’s album launch in October and it was reported that the pair were spotted getting ‘very cosy’.
Olly has now shut down the rumours, as he said he would never go out with the TOWIE star, as she is his friend’s sister.
The 34-year-old is close friends with Mark Wright and told OK! Magazine: “It’s the ‘bro code’. You can’t date your mate’s sister, it would be difficult. I’m really good friends with Mark so it’s never going to happen with Jess.”
“She came to my album launch and the papers made out we’re dating but we’re not. I love Jess – she’s quality and we get on brilliantly, but there’s nothing going on. I don’t think me and Jess have ever been like that.”
“As much as I like Jess and she’s a really lovely person, we’re just really good friends,” he continued.
