Montana Brown pays tribute to Mike Thalassitis after inquest confirms his cause of death

Montana Brown has paid tribute to her former co-star Mike Thalassitis, after an inquest into his death confirmed that he took his own life.

The toxicology report found that the 26-year-old had cocaine, alcohol, and an anti-depressant drug in his system at the time of his death.

The reality star also left notes for his family members in a black notebook, which was found near his body on March 15.

Speaking to the press outside North London Coroner’s Court, Montana said: “I think when someone dies in the way, you don’t give up on the memory and I think a lot of people are scared to talk about it.”

“But I think it’s important that his memory lives on and also remember why this happened and change your own life after the terrible, terrible thing that happened to Mike.”

“Its such an awful world we live in. It’s nice to be nice. I’ve definitely changed the way I live my life and I urge others to do the same.”
