Mel B has claimed that her ex-husband, Stephen Belafonte, has been refusing to let her video chat with their daughter.
The 43-year-old filed for divorce from Stephen last year and the pair have been battling for custody of their 7-year-old daughter, Madison, ever since.
According to documents obtained by Daily Mail, Mel has reportedly claimed that her ex has stopped her from video chatting their daughter.
The mother-of-three alleged that she tried to contact her daughter through a Gizmo Gadget and Facetime, but each one of her attempts were declined.
“I believe he is doing this in an attempt to either alienate Madison from me and get her to believe that I am not thinking or caring about her,” Mel stated within the document.
According to The Blast, Stephen has said that his ex-wife’s claims are false and that she has purposely cancelled video chats with her daughter.
The couple’s ongoing custody battle has continued on for nine months after the pair finalised their divorce.
