Before closing her account, Meghan had 1.9 million followers on Instagram, over 350,000 Twitter followers, and almost 800,000 likes on her Facebook page.

The news comes after Meghan and Prince Harry made their first official visit in London on Tuesday.

The couple were greeted by crowds at community radio station Reprezent in Brixton, which they visited to see their work supporting young people through creative training in radio and broadcasting.

Meghan stunned in a Marks & Spencer sweatshirt, Burberry trousers and a Smythe coat.

After their visit, a DJ at the station, Jeremiah Asiamah, said, “She’s beautiful, such an amazing character, if there’s any way you could describe a power couple in this modern day and age, it’s definitely them.”

The couple announced their engagement in November, and are set to wed at St George’s Chapel in Windsor on May 19.
