Megan Barton-Hanson has revealed that she’s had “the worst week” of her life, following her split from Wes Nelson.
The Love Island stars announced their split last week, and Megan has been struggling to cope with the pressure surrounding their very public break up.
Taking to her Instagram Story just hours after cancelling a scheduled radio interview, the 24-year-old shared a video of paparazzi waiting outside her house.
Megan told her followers, “It’s possibly been the worst week of my life and look how many paps are waiting there. I’m shaking, my anxiety is through the roof.”
“They’re all hiding behind the tree. Literally, I’ve had the worst week and they’re still there.”
After sharing several messages of support from her fans, Megan wrote on her story: “Hands down been one of the worst days of my life. I can’t thank you all enough for the support.”
“Feels like I can’t put a foot right BUT knowing I can help motivate/inspire people even a TINY bit makes me want to continue on in the public eye. I’m determined to make 2019 a positive happy year.”
Megan and Wes announced their split after their London apartment was robbed by a gang of thugs – who stole thousands worth of jewellery and electronics.
