Mark Wright has shared an update on his sick father, after he was hospitalised with coronavirus.
Both of the former TOWIE star’s parents recently contracted the deadly virus, with Mark urging his followers to stay safe amid the pandemic.
During an appearance on Monday’s Good Morning Britain, the 33-year-old admitted that while his father was out of hospital, he was changed man.
“I mean, he’s out of hospital and I hope he doesn’t mind me saying this but, mentally something’s not right there at the moment,” the reality star confessed.

“He’s okay but he’s not my dad that he was four weeks ago,” he explained.
“He’s better and I’m hoping there’s improvement more to come, but it can leave long lasting problems.”
Mark pleaded with viewers: “If [the government] are telling you this, do it, because until you get to a point where I am now and I’ve had the hardest few weeks of my life, and looking at potentially losing family members that are very close to you or them being very sick, you will regret what you’re doing.
“These are the rules, stay at home and you know, there’s a lockdown for a reason, just please obey by these rules because it’s so important.”
“When you see it first-hand, it’s the most scariest, vile virus, you will ever, ever, ever see,” he added.
Mark thanked the healthcare workers who had taken care of his father, describing them as “amazing”.
“I even spoke to them on FaceTime to get some reassurance that my dad was gonna be okay, and they had all the time for me to make sure I was feeling okay and my dad was gonna be okay.
“So NHS, thank you everyone in every hospital for doing what you’re doing at the moment, you’re sensational.”
