Shaughna Phillips is reportedly “growing close” to Pete Wicks, as they film Celebs Go Dating.
The show’s first ever socially-distanced and virtual series will see Shaughna look for love again, after failing to find Mr. Right on Love Island earlier this year.
And according to reports, Shaughna and Pete have serious chemistry.
A source close to the show told The Sun Online the pair have been “growing closer”, and that “sparks were flying” between them on set.
Fuelling rumours of a blossoming romance, Shaughna has said she’s thinks Pete is “lovely”.
Ahead of their first Zoom date, Celebs Go Dating experts Paul C Brunson and Anna Williamson told her they could really hit it off.
“Anna and Paul have actually said to me that they think me and Pete are alike in the sense that we kind of go along with things to be nice,” she explained.
“That could be a perfect chemistry! He’s probably not my type on paper, but he’s lovely!”
“It’s strange to me because I definitely get starstruck. Even on the first Zoom call with him I was probably a little bit quiet because it’s like, ‘Oh my God!’.”
She added: “He is a charmer, I’ll give him that! Him and all the others are celebrities, I am trying to get used to it! I don’t feel like a celebrity, it’s just so weird!”
The new season of Celebs Go Dating will premiere on July 27 at 10pm on E4.
