Love Island’s Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu has vowed she’s “done lying” about her split from Davide Sanclimenti in her upcoming memoir.
The reality star confessed she will open up about childhood trauma, bullying and boyfriends as she discusses life after finding fame.
The 29-year-old shot to fame after appearing on the hit ITV dating show in 2022, where she won the series alongside her ex.

While teasing on her Instagram a huge career change, The Sun confirmed she will be releasing a non-fiction book, called Be Your Own Best Friend.
The book is set to be published on August 29.
Ekin told the publication: “I’ve got a book coming out which is all about me and the people I’ve met in life.”
“You are going to know who I am. You’re going to know why I am the way I am.”

She continued: “From childhood traumas to extreme bullying to boyfriends continuously breaking my heart, why I felt abandoned. Why I was always closer to older people.”
“So it’s everything, my experience with Davide, there’s a lot in there.”
“I’m done hiding. I’m done lying and protecting other people, this is my truth.”
“There’s also advice to help if you feel like this, what can you do? Every chapter has an advice section.”

The reality star added: “And there is a letter that I wrote to myself at the end, it’s quite emotional.”
“I speak to the 10-year-old me in the book and told her all the things I wished someone had told me back then.”
Last month, she claimed that her ex Davide was unfaithful, confessing “It broke something in me.”
The Love Island star has opened up for the first time about the real reason behind her behaviour in the Celebrity Big Brother house in March.

The 29-year-old has revealed that her unusual behaviour was as a result of the alleged endless deceit from her ex-boyfriend prior to their split in January.
The Love Island star skipped the Big Brother final in March after her management felt she was too “vulnerable” to return to the spotlight.
Ekin-Su experienced quite a turbulent time on the ITV series and the drama-filled spin-off show appearance.
The influencer claims she made a mistake by going into the house after claiming she found evidence of Davide cheating on her.

The television personality also claimed that Davide cheated on her with a girl called Harriet Wilson, after Harriet contacted Ekin-Su to tell her.
The 29-year-old alleged that at another time Davide left his laptop open and she saw sexually explicit messages between him and a girl she herself had met on New Year’s Eve.
She said seeing those messages “broke something in me.”
Ekin-Su revealed she did not want to be publicly embarrassed amid the cheating allegations so did her best not to react on social media, as she also wanted to protect Davide.
