Malin Andersson has taken to social media to reveal that she has been targeted by a troll who threatened to burn her with acid.
The star has contacted the police about the threat, and has not returned to her home since.
Sharing a screenshot of the message, Malin wrote: “People don’t realise what these kinds of threats do to people.”
“Sick in the head” she finished.
She followed up the screenshot by saying that has approached the police to investigate the heinous threat.
A told The Sun: “Malin has been really shook up by the threats.”
“She’s had the police to her house and has called in security to look after her.”
“She’s not been back to the house since.”
The acid threat maker named an area of the UK where Malin was reportedly meant to go to honour the death of her daughter Consy. Consy was born prematurely in December of 2018 and sadly passed away soon after being born.
“The worst part is she was due to light a candle for her baby today at Flitwick but they’ve threatened to go there too so she’s had to skip it,” the source alleged.
“It’s devastating and really the last thing she needs.”
The threat read: “I have seen you about three times in mk and have not decided what I will do to you. ”
“You will not away with all the sh*t you’ve done.”
“Acid sounds good little b*tch.”
Malin featured on the second series of Love Island.
