Ekin-Su has compared her love life to a Bridget Jones film amid rumours she is dating Grigor Dimitrov.
Last week, it was reported that the Love Island winner had enjoyed a string of secret dates with the former World No3 tennis ace.
The 29-year-old is believed to have been introduced to the 33-year-old by mutual friends.
The pair have reportedly spent time together in London, Paris and Monte Carlo – where Dimitrov is based – after meeting earlier this summer, according to the Mail Online.
The tennis player has previously dated Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger and tennis star Maria Sharapova.
However, speaking with MailOnline, the 29-year-old confessed she had a “single girl summer” but is fed up with dating apps.
“I’m single, like Bridget Jones amplified, but I’ve had a real good single girl summer. It’s been a lot of fun. But if the love life carries on how it’s going, I mean, perhaps I need some help in the dating department…”
She added: “But Summer Ekin-Su, I mean, she’s been busy, and it’s been a Bachelorette Summer! And why not?! I’ve always gone from one relationship to another, so it’s good to be single.”
The Love Island winner also addressed whether or not she would participate in Love Island All Stars, which airs next January.
The 29-year-old won the series alongside her ex, Davide Sanclimenti, in 2022.
The beauty said: “I’m not sure whether I’d go on the show. It’s one I’d have to think about, because I wouldn’t want to do the Love Island fans a disservice. Like, how would we top that series?”
“Don’t get me wrong, going on the show might be easier than the dating apps. Single life is fun, but also, I mean, it’s like endlessly swiping. If I get one more message about sending pictures of my feet – it’s gross.”
She continued, speaking about her summer, “I’ve travelled, I’ve created some amazing memories, and I feel so free and happy. I mean not every day is a happy day, don’t get me wrong, I still struggle, like we all do, but I’m doing something about it. I’ve got the mojo back.”
During the chat, Ekin opened up about her mental health struggles.
She explained: “I am in a good place. Obviously, we all have good and bad days, and my mental health was something I struggled with long before going on Love Island.”
“But I’m grateful that I’ve always had the help I needed, my mums a psychologist, so I’ve always grown up understanding the importance of looking after brain AND body.”
“I’ve struggled, but a lot of people do, and I think it’s good to just talk openly, to encourage other people to share how they are feeling.”
