Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey have announced their engagement.
The Love Island stars are set to wed, after they won the popular dating show back in 2016.
Speaking to OK! Magazine, Nathan revealed that he proposed to Cara at the Love Island villa after taking her on a treasure hunt.
“I blindfolded her, led her to the pool and got down on one knee,” the former Islander said.
Cara gushed, “It was so romantic that he proposed in the Love Island villa, this is where we met – we’ve come full circle.”
Earlier this year, the reality star was spotted trying on engagement rings with her mother, and later admitted that she was trying to drop hints to boyfriend Nathan.
After winning Love Island, Cara and Nathan dated for a couple of months before eventually splitting.
But in a turn of events, Cara fell pregnant with their now seven-month-old son Freddie, and the couple rekindled their romance following the birth of their son.
Nathan and Cara’s fellow Love Island co-stars Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen are due to marry in September, after being engaged for more than a year.
