Lisa Armstrong may end her long custody battle over their dog, Hurley, to avoid any further drama with Ant McPartlin.
While the pair have been going through a bitter divorce for months, an ongoing issue is their beloved Labrador, which neither party want to give up.
The former couple have been exchanging the pooch every week, but it has now been reported that the situation is becoming more difficult between the pair, as they refuse to see each other anymore.
It’s clear that both Ant and Lisa love their dog, as Hurley even visited the presenter in rehab, and the makeup artist regularly shares snaps of the pooch on social media.
“Lisa was desperate to keep Hurley. He’s her baby boy, her one constant throughout this ordeal,” a source told The Sun.
“But she doesn’t want anything to do with Ant in future. Sadly to achieve that she must choose between keeping Hurley or moving on without him.”
The 42-year-old may decide to give her ex full custody of Hurley, to avoid any further drama, as it’s clear the Lab is a huge issue within the divorce.
The news comes just weeks after Lisa was axed as a makeup artist for Britain’s Got Talent, after working on the show for ten years, as Ant returned to the programme.
