Liam Payne is facing serious backlash on social media, as fans have accused him of fetishising bisexual women.
The hashtag #LiamPayneIsOverParty started trending worldwide on Twitter after he dropped his debut album LP1.
A lot of people have taken issue with his new song, ‘Both Ways’, in which Liam sings about having sex with a bisexual woman.
The backlash against Liam has also caused people to point out other problematic statements he has made too.
i’m scared. as someone who is bisexual, i’m very scared. one of the men i once looked up to thinks it’s ok to write lyrics like THIS. i’m so mad. #liampayneisoverparty pic.twitter.com/og6ELYaIit

So Liam decided to write a song fetishising bisexual women? And has previously said he wouldn’t let his son be near Harry because Harry dresses ‘feminine’? Throw the whole man away, that’s gross. #liampayneisoverparty pic.twitter.com/CiHDPvTcnQ
