Liam Payne has revealed he initially felt “desperate” when his son Bear was born.
The former One Direction singer welcomed his baby boy with girlfriend Cheryl last year, but admitted it wasn’t all smooth sailing at the start.
Liam, 24, revealed the bond between his son and Cheryl left him feeling “desperate” trying to find a way “through fatherhood”.
“A mother and child is the most beautiful thing to watch, but they’re the closest thing ever – and you’ll never be as close,” he told Hashtag Legend magazine.
Meanwhile the singer said Bear has been “morphing” into Cheryl after looking like him at the start.
The couple have recently been forced to deny split rumours.
