Laura Anderson has been forced to defend herself against body shaming social media comments.
Posting a snap of herself in a boutique hotel in Ibiza, Laura poses casually in a pair of summery pajamas.
In the comments section, a barrage of commentators mention Laura’s size and weight, accusing her of being “too skinny.”
“This is not a good role model … way too thin,” one comments.
Laura clapped back to defend herself, saying: “A role model isn’t about looks FYI”
Another follower comments “sorry but way too thin.”
To this, Laura responded with a message to anyone who feels shame in their own body.
“I just want to make clear for any vulnerable girls out there. I eat very well.”
“I’m 30 years old and yeah I’ll leave it at that. Thank you for any positive comments. I’m not insecure or trying to show off my body for ratification from others I just liked the colour of the pjs.”
This is not the first time Laura has been skinny shamed online.
Last month, the reality TV contestant posed for a bikini picture in Dubai.
The Love Island finalist took to her Instagram stories at the time to defend her body.
