Katie Price has officially finalised her divorce from Kieran Hayler, three years after their nasty split.
The 43-year-old believed their divorce was finalised back in March, but the decree absolute only came through on July 12.
Katie’s rep told The Sun: “Katie believed the divorce had been finalised but this was in fact the decree nisi – not the absolute.”
“The divorce was amicable – focus being on positive parenting relations for their children,” they continued.
“Katie looks forward to planning her wonderful wedding to Carl Woods as she’s now officially single to proceed.”
Kieran also confirmed the news to MailOnline, and said: “As of July 12 we are now divorced. It took just over three years.”
“We didn’t rush it; it was in the process for a long time and Covid-19 hit, which held up the courts. It wasn’t in our hands.”
“I’m not even joking, it didn’t cost any more than £500, because there was no legal battle. We share custody of the children and we arranged that ourselves, and we do stick to it,” he explained.
“I said to her, I will be the only person that doesn’t take any money from you because that’s not who I am, I don’t want her money.”
The former couple parted ways in March 2018, and continue to co-parent their two children – Jett, 7, and Bunny, 6.
Katie is reportedly planning to marry her fiancé Carl Woods later this year, and hopes to have a baby with him.
Alongside Jett and Bunny, Katie shares two kids with her first husband Peter Andre – Junior, 16, and Princess, 15.
The former glamour model is also mum to 19-year-old Harvey, whose estranged father is Dwight Yorke.
