Katie Price has called out a cruel troll, who criticised her son Harvey’s weight on Instagram.
Taking to her Instagram Story, the former glamour model asked her followers to “name and shame” the woman, before sharing a screenshot of her profile.
Katie said: “If anybody knows this person or works with this person, I would question her job.”
“This is exactly what she said about my son Harvey. Name and shame her.”
Katie also shared a screenshot of the cruel message the woman had written about Harvey.
The woman wrote: “Fat s**t Harvey he looks retarded! His fat cause of Katie she feeds him s**t. This boy will always be fat and have a foul mouth all because of Katie. That slag!”
Katie has had to protect her son from trolls on numerous occasions, and even started a petition to make online abuse a criminal offence.
The 17-year-old was born with the genetic disorder Prader-Willi syndrome.
Beginning in childhood, people with Prader-Willi syndrome feel constantly hungry, which often leads to obesity and type 2 diabetes.
