Kate Moss has reportedly split from her boyfriend Nikolai Von Bismarck after 9 years together.
The model and the aristocrat were family friends before they began dating in 2015.
However, now it has been reported that the pair have called it quits, with the 50-year-old having moved out of their London home.
A source told The Sun: “Kate and Nikolai have been on and off for months, and eventually Kate felt the time was right to move on and cut ties.
“She felt they were going on different journeys in life. And, at 50, Kate feels fabulous and like she wants to get back out there and have some fun in time for Christmas.”
“Despite being 13 years her junior, Nikolai wants to enjoy a quieter life. He remains on his sober path and they just have increasingly different hobbies and wants.”
“Her pals have been rallying around her, and are super supportive.”
“Obviously it’s a bit awkward because they move in similar social circles and he is the son of her great family friend Debbie von Bismarck.”
“But she and Nikolai remain on friendly terms, and are both adamant there won’t be any tension or hostility.”
In September, Kate revealed the “awful” comments received from parents of girls for her infamous look in the 90s.
During her career at the time, the model was known for her “heroin chic” aesthetic with an extremely thin physique.
The 50-year-old confessed people would approach her in the street and accuse her of promoting eating disorders.
In a clip for her Disney+ documentary obtained by the DailyMail, Kate confessed: “Parents would come up to me and say, ‘My daughter’s anorexic,’ It was awful.”
“I think because I was just skinny, and people weren’t used to seeing skinny. But if I’d been more buxom, it wouldn’t have been such a big deal.”
“It’s just that my body shape was different from the models before me.”
The look became popular after Kate posed in lingerie for the June 1993 issue of Vogue when she was 19.
Speaking about the shoot in the documentary, the model admitted: “I just felt really good.”
“The whole shoot, I felt really comfortable, I loved creating the images.”
“You know, it wasn’t glamorous. It was in my flat in London.”
“Our bedroom was like a bedsit. That’s the kind of fashion I liked. It was much simpler.”
