Kate Middleton will reportedly throw a ‘second baby shower’ for Meghan Markle in the UK, after missing her lavish bash in New York last week.

According to Us Weekly, the Duchess of Cambridge will throw a “private baby-centric event” for her sister-in-law – ahead of her due date in late April/early May.

A source said, “There is still going to be some sort of private baby-centric event for Meghan’s UK people, and Kate will host.”

“Her glam people and other relatives will be there. Not sure if it’s a total baby ‘shower,’ but you could probably call it that.”

It’s believed Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland, who was in Los Angeles on the day of Meghan’s shower in NYC, will attend her second baby shower in the UK.

The news comes following rumours of a rift between Kate and Meghan, which has plagued the British royal family for months.

Reports of a feud between the pair first emerged following reports that Meghan and Harry are moving away from Kensington Palace – to relocate to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor.

Another shocking report claimed that Kate and Meghan clashed at Princess Charlotte’s bridesmaid dress fitting last year, and Kate allegedly broke down in tears afterwards.
