The group stayed at The Yews at Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa in Hampshire, a luxury resort surrounded by woodland.
Prices of the accommodation start at £2,850 per night and the couples documented their Christmas getaway on YouTube.
Joe and Dianne looked as loved up as ever, as they wore cute onesies and enjoyed a relaxed holiday after intense dance training since August.
