Jack Fincham has reportedly split from his girlfriend Connie O’Hara, after the couple recently sparked engagement rumours.
The Love Island star sparked speculation he had popped the question back in August, after he posted a since-deleted photo of Connie wearing a diamond ring.
However, just two months on and an insider has claimed that the couple are no more, telling the MailOnline: “His fitness schedule is round-the-clock and he’s very dedicated to reaching his goals in boxing, being in a relationship just doesn’t fit at the moment.”
The source added: “He’s also a father so any girlfriend he welcomes into his life needs to be understanding of that, which isn’t always easy.”
The 26-year-old shocked fans back in January, when he announced that he’d become a dad following a “whirlwind romance” with his longtime pal Casey Ranger.
At the time, Jack told fans that he and Casey were no longer romantically involved, but that they were focused on “co-parenting” their baby girl Blossom.
Jack was forced to deny that he was engaged to Connie, after fans spotted a ring on her finger.
One person commented: “Is that an engagement ring?” while another added: “Idk if I’m overthinking this but she has a ring on her engagement finger.”
TOWIE star Liam Gatsby commented, “Oi oi wats appnin ere then,” and Jack jokingly responded, “Took the plunge.”
But when Liam replied, “Jeeeeeeez my bro! Congrats,” Jack responded, “Bro it’s the other camera no engagement here.”
Jack recently made a pact with Love Island co-star Laura Anderson to get married, if they’re both still single at the age of 40.
During their appearance on Love Island: What Happened Next, which aired on ITV2 on Wednesday, the reality stars reunited with fellow islander Dr Alex George for a picnic in the park.
As they chatted about their time on the show, Alex questioned whether romance could ever blossom between Jack and Laura.
Jack responded: “You see me and Laura right? We are such good friends. Honestly I love her to death right I talk to her at least a couple of times a week.”
“So I will tell you what I will do Laura. Let’s make a pact. If we are both not married by the time we are 40 we will get married.”
Alex then asked if they’re going to “stay single” now they have the pact in place.
Laura, who recently split from her boyfriend Tom Brazier, laughed: “I probably will you know!”
Jack then joked, “She asked me out on a date once,” and Laura replied: “That is totally not true!”
