Hollyoaks star, Kirsty Leigh-Porter, has revealed that her daughter was stillborn.
The actress gave birth to the baby girl shortly before Christmas and said that her daughter was “born sleeping.”
The 30-year-old took to Instagram and said: “Our beautiful baby girl, Penny-Leigh Barber was born sleeping on the 21st of December 2018 at 6.49am, 29 weeks & 3 days young.”
“My heart has never felt pain like it. Sleep sweetly our angel. We will always love you. Love your Mummy & Daddy ???? My Everything ????”.
The actress shared a photo of her baby’s hospital bracelet, a card with her footprints and handprints, and an elephant-shaped card with her details on it.
Kirsty-Leigh received a huge amount of support from fans and friends, as her co-star Kieron Richardson, wrote: “I love you both you strong pair.”
Presenter, Kirsty Gallacher, commented: “I am so, so sorry Kirsty, I didn’t know. How brave you are. Thinking of you both and sending you so much love and strength.”
