Holly Willoughby has missed another day of This Morning due to illness.
The presenter has unfortunately missed the Valentine’s special of the show, and Rochelle Humes has had to step in to replace her alongside Phillip Schofield.
According to The Sun, ITV have confirmed that the TV host “failed to recover enough from the sickness she suffered yesterday” to return to presenting duties.
Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford will host the Friday show, which gives Holly plenty of time to recover and hopefully return to This Morning on Monday.
Yesterday, Phillip told This Morning viewers, “Holly is poorly today. If you’ve been watching through the week you’d know she’s been on a sort of downward spiral.”
The 56-year-old continued: “Finally, she’s fallen over. She’s staying home today. Get well soon. She’s not going to be watching but get well soon.”
