Harry Styles has revealed how his One Direction bandmate Liam Payne is handling fatherhood.
Liam welcomed his first child, a son, with his girlfriend Cheryl last month, and now Harry has admitted that he would be honoured if he was picked as the baby boy’s godfather.
The 23-year-old is currently promoting his first solo single, which he released this morning, and discussed how his pal Liam is doing as a first time father.
“I spoke to Liam and he’s loving it. He said it’s going really well and everyone’s great. So I’m very happy for him,” he said.

When Darryl Morris on Manchester radio station Key 103 asked if he would like to be the baby’s godfather, Harry confessed, “I’m not going to add any extra pressure. If it came my way I would be honoured.”
“I think it’s a roll of the dice, there are a lot of people Liam has in mind,” he added.
Cheryl and Liam confirmed the birth of their son on Saturday March 25, just in time for Mother’s Day.
Taking to Instagram, Cheryl wrote, “On Wednesday 22nd March Liam and I became parents to an incredibly beautiful, healthy baby boy, weighing 7lb 9 and looking like a dream.”
