Joey Essex has broken his silence on his split from Jessy Potts.
The pair split just seven weeks after leaving the Love Island villa.
Speaking exclusively to Goss.ie at the launch of Iconic Bronze’s latest tanning range, Joey addressed their split.

When asked about what happened between the pair, Joey said, “Unfortunately, we just parted ways. I wish her all the best.”
Despite his split from Jessy, Joey said an appearance on Love Island All Stars season two is “not in the pipeline right now.”
“Oh not right now, no, that’s not in the pipeline right now no.”
The couple, who met on the popular dating show this summer, confirmed their break up in a statement on Wednesday evening.
Joey told The Sun: “Unfortunately, we have decided to call an end to the relationship but I hope we can continue to be friends.”
“I truly wish Jessy the very best with whatever she does in the future.”
Jessy added: “I appreciate the Love Island experience I had with Joey, we tried to make it work but it wasn’t to be.”
“I’m so grateful to everyone who supported us and look forward to all of the exciting opportunities ahead.”
The pair had been plagued by split rumours in recent weeks, amid claims they were barely spending any time together.
A source previously told the newspaper: “Joey and Jessy have barely spent any time together as he’s been so busy doing nightclub PAs – it’s causing a lot of friction between them.
“At Ronnie Vint’s Eggiboff event it was noticed by a lot of people that they hardly spoke. Sadly it looks like it’s only a matter of time before they split.”
