Emily Atack has shared a rare insight into her relationship with Alistair Garner and breaks silence on future wedding plans, following birth of their first child.
The 34-year-old Rivals actress said the couple found out last year while on their first vacation together in Italy, calling it the “most perfect day” of her life.
Emily rarely talks about her personal life, but she remembered how she learnt she had actually missed her period as the couple was talking about starting a family on their final day in Palmero.

In addition to gushing about Alex, Emily hinted at her wedding plans, saying: “I know Al will look after me and Barney.”
“He will eventually be the greatest spouse and father, I’m sure of it. I’m happier than I ever imagined being.”
In yet another open admission, the actress described how, right after filming Disney+’s popular film Rivals, she helped her partner at the side of his dying father and said that the tragedy strengthened their bond as a relationship.

The pair announced the birth of their first child in June.

The actress announced she was expecting her first child on December 30th last year.
She wrote alongside a picture of her baby bump: “Hello Everyone, it’s been a little while but I’m back with some news. I’m delighted to share with you all that we’re having a baby!!”
“I’ve never been so happy and utterly terrified at the same time. Please go easy on me Every day is mixed with thrill, fear, joy, hysteria, topped off with a lot of vomiting – a bit like when you’ve just stepped off of the Oblivion at Alton Towers on a hangover,” she continued.
“I’ve got to know my body on such an insane level. It’s made me appreciate the one I’ve been given SO much, I’m doing my absolute best to make it a home for the little squid I’m growing.

“We can already sense the baby is reclined on a mattress of peanut butter and jam sandwiches in there, demanding more chocolate buttons. I’m so happy to be writing all of this to you all.”
“You’ve always stuck by me through the years, do stick around to watch me enter my mum era. Christ. Let’s go,” she added.
