Duchess Camilla is set to miss Princess Eugenie’s royal wedding to Jack Brooksbank.
The 71-year-old is reportedly the only senior member of the royal family who won’t attend the ceremony due to prior engagements.
According to royal commentator, Victoria Arbiter, the Duchess has already made arrangements to attend a school event on the day of the wedding.
Royals often miss family events for pre-scheduled engagements. It’s at a school and was scheduled long before. I expect she doesn’t want to disappoint the children. She will have spoken to Eugenie about it.

While many fans were disappointed with the news, Victoria tweeted: “It’s at a school and was scheduled long before. I expect she doesn’t want to disappoint the children.”
Meanwhile, with the ceremony only days away, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Robbie Williams’ daughter, Teddy, were recently announced as page boy and page girls.
The news comes after it was revealed that BBC refused to broadcast the princess’ wedding and instead, ITV has decided to televise the ceremony.
